Q. Will you actually clean my house or is this a novelty?

A. Yes, if you schedule a housekeeper for cleaning, they will actually professionally clean your house.

Q. Do you accept credit cards or personal checks?

A. We accept payments and deposits in the form of paypal, credit cards. However, we must have your payment in full before dispatching our team.

Q. Do you offer weekly or bi-weekly discounts?

A. Yes, after your initial service, if you wish to sign up for regular weekly or bi-weekly service, we advise that you call the office and set up regular service.

Q. What information do you require?

A. We require some basic information in order to ensure proper billing and safety. A name aMaidsnd address is necessary for us to come to your location. A phone number provides us a way to contact you immediately if necessary - In the event that our Exotic Maids are running  a few minutes late or chat about about a special request. Your information is 100% confidential.

Q. Is my payment or deposit refundable?

A. If for any reason, Diamond Girls Maids have to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. However, if the customer must cancel, a minimum of 24 hours is required or there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 per maid.

Q. Is online payment safe and secure?

On-line payment will be handled through a certified online platform. All transactions will be SSL secured and discretely billed and transaction will never reflect  Exotic Maid Services, it will only show our acronym ( EMServices).

Q. I have never done this before, what actually happens when I secure my service?

One of our beautiful ladies will arrive at your home or office wearing a normal uniform with her cleaning outfit in a bag and before entering your home , she would need to see a valid ID ( if no ID is available, she will be instructed to leave Upon entering, we ask that you show her around, discuss any special requests. Housekeeper will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Q. Will you do more than cleaning for me, will you anything I ask?

A. Our ladies will clean, serve and entertain. Our ladies will be friendly, fun,social, considerate and will do as much as she can to make this a positive experience that you will want to repeat. Please keep in mind that our ladies reserve the right to refuse any request that may seem offensive, rude, awkward, insulting, embarrassing illegal, harmful, or demeaning, etc.

​Q. Is this an escort or massage service?

A. No this is a cleaning and entertainment service. All legal services are listed. No sex, massages or touching is allowed or tolerated. Do NOT ask for sexual favors or sex from our housekeepers or any of our staff. Doing so will forfeit your service and entire payment. We are not an escort agency.

Q. Can I take photos or videos?

A. unless this service is pre-arranged, photos and videos are not allowed when arrangements are made for regular service. ​
